Research and Innovation Groups

Introduction

Research groups join researchers, postgraduate students, and any individuals interested in the field of disability. The group have to be focused on a specific topic; study the topic and publish the results on recognized and open sourced scientific journals, that are indexed in Significant global databases (Web of Science). This aims to achieve many objectives, including:

  1. Supporting remarkable research work in disability as a discipline.
  2. Enriching and encouraging quantitative and qualitative scientific studies.
  3. Supporting research integration and cooperation in universities and international scientific research centers.
  4. Encouraging researchers and postgraduate students to contribute to disability issues.
  5. Empowering the center’s role in partnerships with global research sectors.
  6. Setting up bases for scientific references in related fields.
  7. Supporting research partnerships with local and international universities and research institutes.
  8. Promoting the quality of services provided to the disabled (Quality of Life).
  9. Supporting remarkable scientific innovation in the field of disability. 

Mechanisms for Requesting a Research Group

  • King Salman Center for Disability Research welcomes researchers to apply for Research and Innovation Groups.
