The General Assembly of the King Salman Center for Disability Research holds its 16th meeting to enhance institutional development pathways.

 

The 16th General Assembly meeting of the King Salman Center for Disability Research was held via electronic voting, in a step that reflects the center’s direction toward enhancing governance efficiency and developing its institutional work system through the use of modern technological solutions.

The meeting discussed a number of strategic and organizational topics related to the center’s activities and took the necessary decisions regarding them, in a way that supports the sustainability of institutional work and enhances performance efficiency.

The assembly also reviewed the center’s plans and priorities for the upcoming phase, strengthening its scientific and developmental impact and reinforcing its position as a leading scientific reference in the field of disability research at both the local and international levels.

This comes as an affirmation of the importance of continuing to develop specialized research initiatives, expanding high-quality partnerships, and contributing to the center’s scientific and humanitarian efforts in serving persons with disabilities, while promoting knowledge innovation and achieving sustainable impact.
